Privacy Policy
Effective May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how this website (the “Site”), operated for Dwight Gooden Jr. as an authorized independent representative of Synergy Processing LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors. By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy.
The Site is informational. When you submit a contact form, book a call, or otherwise inquire about services, your information is shared with Synergy Processing LLC so the underlying payment-processing or lending services can be discussed and, if you proceed, provided. Those services are delivered by Synergy Processing LLC subject to Synergy Processing LLC’s own privacy and merchant agreements.
1. Information we collect
Information you submit. When you fill out the contact form, request the Doc Special, schedule a call, or subscribe to updates, we collect:
- Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, business name).
- The contents of your message and the product or program you indicated interest in.
- Any optional information you include voluntarily (monthly volume, current processor, etc.).
Please do not submit sensitive payment information (full card numbers, full bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information) through the Site’s forms.
Information collected automatically.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, request URLs) used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
- Cookieless, aggregated usage analytics via Vercel Analytics — no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- Anti-abuse signals from Cloudflare Turnstile when you interact with a protected form (a short-lived token, plus limited browser characteristics used solely to distinguish humans from bots).
Information from third parties. If you schedule a meeting through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the information you enter (name, email, scheduling preferences, any answers you provide) and shares it with us to confirm the booking. Calendly’s handling of that data is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry. Submissions are delivered to Dwight (Dwight Gooden Jr.) and copied to Synergy Processing LLC.
- To schedule and confirm meetings you book.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site (logging, rate limiting, anti-spam, debugging).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, or training generative AI models.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site does not set marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics measures traffic without cookies and without persistent identifiers. Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived browser storage when you interact with a protected form, used only to validate that the submission is not from a bot. The embedded Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies when you load or interact with it; those cookies are controlled by Calendly under Calendly’s privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We use the following service providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the minimum data necessary for the stated purpose and is contractually or by published terms required to protect that data.
- Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and cookieless usage analytics.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form and booking confirmations.
- Calendly — meeting scheduling for the “Book” page.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection for contact and newsletter forms.
- Upstash (Redis) — rate limiting to prevent abuse of forms and API endpoints.
- Google Fonts — typography, served via Next.js’s self-hosted font pipeline so no requests are made to Google when you load a page.
5. How we share information
- With Synergy Processing LLC, the partner that provides the underlying payment-processing and lending services you are inquiring about.
- With the service providers listed in Section 4, acting on our behalf for the purposes described.
- When required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, sale of assets), subject to the receiving party honoring this Policy in all material respects.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
6. Data retention
We retain form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which we delete or de-identify the records, except where a longer retention period is required by law, needed to resolve disputes, or needed to enforce our agreements. Server logs are retained for the shorter periods typical of our hosting and analytics providers.
7. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our service providers over encrypted connections. We restrict access to submitted information to Dwight and Synergy Processing LLC staff who need it to respond to your inquiry. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; please use the Site only for the types of information described above and do not transmit sensitive payment data through it.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including:
- Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of information collected about you.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to portability — to receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. As noted above, we do not engage in either.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right to be offered.

We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once for an additional 45 days where permitted). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Authorized agents. California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. We may require written, signed permission and verification of your identity.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to appeals within the time frame required by your state’s law.
Visitors outside the United States. The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from another country, you understand your information will be processed in the United States under United States law. We do not actively market to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, but if you submit information to us you may contact us at the address in Section 11 to exercise applicable rights under GDPR or UK GDPR.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period before taking effect.
